Located in South Oromocto Lake, this camp sits on 6 acres of land, the majority being heavily wooded, with a structure a little over 800 square feet. The structure consists of a kitchen with a newer propane fridge, propane stove, a living room with a wood stove, a half bath, and 2 bedrooms with a bunk bed and single bed in one, and a double bed in the other. The property is equipped with 2 water storage tanks, not connected, and a back up electricity system, consisting of a 100W solar panel, inverter, and battery as well as a generator. Currently the system is not connected to electricity but has the potential to be, as well, the possibility of installing a stronger solar panel on the roof.
