Whether you enjoy swimming, fishing, boating or canoeing, you are right on the Sturgeon River. On the other hand, maybe you prefer exploring the ATV and snowmobile trails or taking in the beautiful landscapes and the peace and quiet. The one-and-a-half story camp with views of the river has plenty of space for you and your guests to sleep. Gather in the open concept main living space where you have your living room, dining area and kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the main floor with a four-piece bathroom and a loft for additional sleeping space. The wood stove keeps the whole place cozy and warm inside. You can also retreat to the screen-enclosed front porch, where you can enjoy the view and the fresh evening air without the annoyance of the pesky mosquitoes. The camp is powered by both solar power and/or 1800 watt generator. There are four 100 Watt solar panels on the metal roof and batteries inside the camp. Some light run directly on solar power. There is a converter that can be used to change the battery power to 110 power for the other overhead lights and to power small appliances. The sale includes a gas water pump, water filter, 1 1/4 inch ABS black pipe, and a foot valve.
