Downtown 2 apartment with electric heat. Both units are fully above ground and span 2 floors each, and both have their own laundry rooms. Both units are spacious and have been consistently rented for approximately $1000 each in recent years. There have been cosmetic updates throughout both units in recent years. Most windows and a portion of the siding (all of the beige) were replaced in 2013, with insulation added under the new siding. Spray foam insulation was also added under an add on at the back of the building which is included in part of the lower unit in 2015. Vapour barrier and spray foam insulation was added in the basement under the lower unit in 2014. The entire roof was replaced in 2014. (id:27476)
